Privacy Policy

Who this beta is for

Phoenixa is currently offered to users age 18 or older who use a verified account and accept the beta terms. We do not knowingly permit minors to use Phoenixa Coach. If we learn that a minor has used the beta, we will restrict access and take reasonable steps to delete associated Phoenixa data.

Information we process

• Verified account information supplied by the sign-in provider, including your email and, when available, display name.
• Goals, schedules, completion progress, and hidden-day choices saved to your Phoenixa account so they remain available across devices.
• If you enable push reminders, the Daily Mission, Vision, reminder time, language, and a device-specific push subscription are stored so Phoenixa can notify you when the app is closed.
• Messages and relevant goal context you choose to send to Phoenixa Coach.
• Phoenixa Group messages, photos, likes, blocks, safety reports, recent presence, and last-read time used for online and unread indicators.
• Optional profile photos stored locally in your browser.
• Limited beta event records such as sign-in activity, goals created, missions completed, Coach use, notification tests, and feedback submission. These records do not contain the text of your Vision or Daily Mission.
• Feedback, bug reports, or support information you voluntarily provide, including an optional screenshot.

Why we use information

We use information to authenticate access, provide goals and Focus Mode, operate Phoenixa Group, generate AI coaching, detect unsafe or abusive requests, protect the service, troubleshoot problems, and improve the beta from user feedback. We do not sell Phoenixa Coach conversations or use them for targeted advertising.

AI and service providers

Phoenixa Coach messages and relevant goal context are sent from our backend to OpenAI for safety moderation and response generation. Requests use store: false. OpenAI, ChatGPT Sites hosting, the authenticated sign-in provider, and services you independently open may process limited information under their own terms and policies. Phoenixa does not receive passwords for external apps or devices.

Group privacy

Messages, photos, and likes in Phoenixa Group are visible to all group members. Members may save or reshare what they can see, so do not post information you want to keep strictly private. Phoenixa also uses recent activity to show an online count and your last-read time to calculate an unread badge. You can delete your own posts, report content, or block another member.

Push reminders

Push reminders are optional and require browser or device permission. A reminder may appear on your lock screen and can include your Daily Mission, Vision, start time, and a motivational message related to that Vision. You can turn off Goal Reminders or Push Notifications in Settings, revoke permission in your device settings, or unsubscribe this device at any time.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Goals, progress, profile choices, preferences, consent, Phoenixa Group activity, reminders, minimal beta analytics, and submitted feedback are stored in authenticated Phoenixa account storage. Personal goals, profile photos, and account preferences are not kept as readable browser-storage records; old beta browser copies are securely migrated and removed after successful sign-in. Temporary Coach conversation state remains only in the current app session. Active account data is retained while you use the beta so your goals and progress remain available. Sent reminder records are removed after 14 days. You can delete your own shared posts. In Settings, “Permanently Delete All Phoenixa Data” removes Phoenixa account data, profile media, group content tied to your account, and legacy app data from the current device. Backup or legally required security records, if any, are retained only as long as required and then deleted. Your verified sign-in account is managed separately by its provider.

Your choices

• Do not send a coach message or post in Phoenixa Group if you do not want that information processed.
• Disconnect app shortcuts and revoke browser permissions at any time.
• Delete Phoenixa data through Settings and sign out securely.
• Ask a question or report a privacy concern through the Support page.

Security

We use authenticated access, encrypted HTTPS transport, backend-only API credentials, input limits, rate limiting, and automated moderation. No internet service is perfectly secure. Please report suspected unauthorized access promptly and do not share your account.

Safety and lawful disclosure

Messages are automatically screened for high-risk content. We may restrict use to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, or respond to valid legal process. Automated systems can make mistakes. Read the AI Safety Center for the current crisis-response protocol.

Changes

We may update this policy as the beta changes. The effective date and version will be updated, and material changes may require renewed consent. Paid subscriptions are not currently offered under this policy.

The responsible Phoenixa beta team can be contacted through the authenticated Support page for privacy requests, deletion questions, safety concerns, or suspected unauthorized access. The verified support form is the official contact channel for this beta and protects the private owner email address.
